Zeger Degraeve is Professor of Decision Sciences and the Dean of the Executive MBA Programme at London Business School. He is an award-winning author and regular speaker at international conferences. Zeger"s current research focuses on the creation of organisational culture that will stimulate risk taking, innovation and experimentation. He has dealt with problems in operations management at Bridgestone/Firestone, logistics and supply chain management for McKinsey & Co, environmental planning for the European Commission and consulted to many other organisations.
